El-Shaddai Institute offers intermediate level man-power for the industrial and social growth of our great country Nigeria.

Over the years, there has been the need to address various social and economic problems through education. The government cannot solve the educational needs of the populace alone. The contributions of religious bodies and other private organizations cannot be over emphasized, their effort are complimentary to that of the government.

There is a need to evolve more pragmatic and solution oriented approach in our educational curricula. Our emphasis must shift towards functionality in order to solve socio-economic and cultural needs of the people. Understandably, we are born with various talents and potentials but most of these are not developed and, consequently, are unutilized. There is the need to harness these God-given potentials and abilities to enable everyone, from our young school dropouts to our housewives, in becoming useful for themselves, their families and the society at large.

Our philosophy therefore embraces preparation and equipping of the individual to enable him or her to become self sufficient, self employed and be able to face the socio-economic realities of our days.
