This course is designed for individuals interested in hospitality. Students are enabled to enhance their culinary skills, while been trained on tactics for providing best comfort.
Catering section is concerned with the cooking of international and intercontinental cuisine. Students are oriented to safety and sanitation, kitchen equipment and practices and course expectations. Students then train to properly cater to a variety of patrons and for various types of events, from birthdays to funerals.
Baking is a highlight where students learn how to properly bake and decorate goods for the various occasions.
Hotel Management section is where students learn how to manage various aspects hospitality, including restaurants/bars and accommodation. They are trained on operations and management skills.
Graduates are may choose to run own catering business, eatery or hostel, or find employment at restaurants or hotels.
